Shipping and Delivery
This page explains our standard delivery charges, estimated delivery times, pallet delivery charges and what happens if an item is delayed, unavailable or out of stock.

Standard Delivery
Standard shipping is £2.99 including VAT on eligible orders, with no minimum order value.
Standard delivery is usually estimated at 1 to 3 working days from the date your order is processed or dispatched. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, supplier dispatch times, courier services, your delivery location, bank holidays, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless we agree a different delivery timescale with you, goods should be delivered within 30 days of the order being placed. UK online selling rules state that goods must be delivered within 30 days unless a different timescale has been agreed with the customer. You can find further guidance on GOV.UK.
Large Items, Appliances and Pallet Delivery
Some large, heavy or bulky items may require specialist delivery, courier handling or pallet delivery. This may include large white goods and appliances such as refrigeration products, cookers, laundry appliances and dishwashers.
Where applicable, an additional shipping or pallet delivery charge may apply. This is currently £48 including VAT for selected large appliance deliveries. Any applicable delivery charge should be shown on the product page, in the basket or at checkout before you complete your order.
Large item and pallet deliveries may take longer than standard parcel deliveries. We may contact you to arrange or confirm delivery details where required.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to UK addresses where our couriers, suppliers or delivery partners are able to provide service. Some locations may be subject to longer delivery times, additional charges or delivery restrictions. This may include remote areas, islands, highlands and certain postcode areas.
If we are unable to deliver to your address, or if an additional charge applies, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. You may then choose whether to proceed, amend the order where possible, or cancel the order and receive a refund.
Out of Stock, Unavailable or Discontinued Items
We aim to keep product availability information as accurate as possible. However, some products may become unavailable, discontinued or delayed after an order is placed, particularly where stock is supplied by third-party suppliers, distributors or manufacturers.
If an item is out of stock, unavailable, discontinued or delayed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. Where appropriate, we may offer an estimated delivery date, a suitable alternative product, a partial refund, or the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Delivery Delays
If your delivery is delayed, we will aim to keep you updated where we have been made aware of the delay. If we cannot deliver your goods within the agreed delivery period, or within 30 days where no specific delivery period has been agreed, you may have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund.
If delivery by a specific date is essential, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm whether this is possible. Unless we have agreed a specific delivery date with you in writing, delivery dates and times are estimates only.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please check your delivery as soon as reasonably possible after it arrives. If the packaging appears damaged, please take photographs before opening the item where possible.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible using the details on our Contact page. Please include your order number, photographs of the item and packaging, and a clear description of the issue.
Your statutory rights are not affected if goods arrive damaged, faulty, incomplete, incorrect, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Address Details
Please make sure the delivery address and contact details you provide are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
If a delivery fails because no one is available to receive the goods, access is restricted, the address is incorrect, or the courier cannot complete delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the goods to us or the supplier. Additional delivery, storage, redelivery or return charges may apply where permitted by law.
For large item or pallet deliveries, you may need to be available at the agreed delivery time and ensure there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle and delivery team.
Delivery Charges and Refunds
If you cancel an online order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the price paid for the goods and the standard delivery charge, where applicable. If you selected a more expensive delivery option than our standard option, we only have to refund the cost of the standard delivery option. GOV.UK confirms that online customers usually have 14 days from receiving goods to tell the seller they want to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the goods. You can find further guidance on GOV.UK.
If goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect, your rights may differ from a change-of-mind return, and we will deal with the issue in line with your statutory consumer rights.
