DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

Please report any damage to goods immediately, if you have faulty goods and are unsure how to proceed with the manufacturer’s warranty. Please call our branch, all the information you will need is on the delivery note or invoice, please have this handy when you call.

Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your items, if you no longer require them, please ensure that the items have not been unpacked and or installed, and we will arrange collection of the goods, you will be required to pay for the delivery charge (e.g. £7.50p).
